On October 5th, Tom Morgan, faculty percussionist and composer, led a concert that began in the gallery, then the sculpture garden, and ended in the concert hall.
Celebration Series Coming to Nonprofit Village
Opening October 5th, 6-8 PM, First Friday event benefiting Steps of Faith Foundation. 20 small works on paper from the Celebration series, 1986, will be on display at the Nonprofit Village, 31 W. 31st Street, Kansas City, Missouri.
Also that evening - Showing Rita Blitt drawings to the music of Dr. Tom Morgan in a Faculty Recital, Rita Blitt Gallery, Mulvane Museum, Washburn University, Topeka Kansas. 7:30 pm.
Rita Blitt Art Walk Now Open at Menorah Medical Center
Thirty paintings from the 1990's are on display on the lower level of the hospital at Entry B, near the Breast Center. It will be a permanent addition to the hospital.
